Tri-Basin NRD Arbor Day Programs
Tri-Basin NRD helps district residents celebrate Arbor Day every April with several community celebrations and tree giveaways.
In 2011, Tri-Basin NRD gave away nearly 1000 trees to residents in Minden, Axtell, Holdrege, Loomis, Bertrand and Elwood in conjunction with Arbor Day celebrations.
